Adventures of HG at NRTI

OK so today was a good day. We talked all about meth labs (METH LAB!) and I learned a lot. I've got class tomorrow for four hours (DT) and I will be working on getting my ASP (a.k.a. baton) certification. I will also have an additional four hours to make up on Monday evening. I missed eight hours of class for Hope's graduation so I'm making up for it now. That's OK though because I wouldn't miss Hope's graduation for the world and it was a lot of fun too! I still can't believe Aunt Betsy and Kevin showed up. I haven't seen them in forever! Love you guys!

So today starts a HUGE music festival at the concert. Apparently there are a ton of hippies taking over because they have tents, campers, everything! There's an enormous stage set up and some of the biggest RV's I've ever seen, including school buses that have been transformed for living conditions. I'm hoping there won't be a riot or anything, but then again, I can always pull out my ASP! Also, the music is ridiculously loud and because it's right across the street from me, I can hear it LOUD and clear. It's a weekend long event and I'm not looking forward to it. Yup, the earplugs are going in!

Oh one more thing, I ran after class today and did pretty well. Granted, I was on the elliptical machine so my feet didn't pound the Earth, but hopefully all will go well on Wednesday. I need all the prayers I can get, so please keep me in mind for Wednesday's official PT test!
