I didn't make it to the gym today. I feel like a slacker but my leg was more sore today than yesterday so I just rested, and by rested I mean did laundry, did the dishes, vacuumed the house and went with Chris to Walmart.

Every time I try to get out of bed or stand from a sitting position, my leg kills me. It must be the quadriceps. I might do a little upper body lifting for PT tomorrow, but I'm not doing any running, whatsoever. For now, I'm using RICE, rest, ice, compression, elevation (and ibuprofen) and I'll be back at it in no time!
