Adventures of HG at NRTI

I took Friday to pull myself together and get some stuff done. I was finally starting to feel better, so I cleaned up the house a bit, put some last little objects away, hung some pictures and made the trip to Walmart for some other household goods. I also got the chance to drive around the college and get a feel for what’s where. It’s been snowing on and off since yesterday afternoon. I talked to my mom today. She shipped me a FedEx package with my Broadband Internet Card. Oh what an ordeal. I forgot the stupid thing at home so she shipped it next day, which means that it should have arrived at 1500 hours today (3:00 p.m.) Of course it didn’t and FedEx is claiming that it won’t get here until Monday. Luckily my mom is a smooth talker and she tracked the package and told the FedEx people they needed to have it here by Saturday. We’ll see.
