Adventures of HG at NRTI

Today wasn't much. Class 0800-1700 (8:00-5:00). The topic was Community Policing. It certainly wasn't the most interesting topic but the instructor did a good job at keeping the class engaged. This class is 24 hours long (broken into 3 days) and tomorrow we also have PT. I'm not really sure what to expect tomorrow as this is our first day with the PT instructors, but I guess we're going to find out. I do know that we have the sit and reach test, the agility run and they measure our BMI. I have no clue how I'll do.

We were also handed a list of things to read by Friday. It's a very long list so I guess I better get started. Oh yeah and we finally had a warm day today. It got up to about 40 degrees and rained, which thankfully melted all of the snow, but will probably freeze tonight. It's all downhill from here. By Saturday, the high will be 19 degrees. Oh how I love Ohio.
